STONEBRIDGE WATCHES SAYS...

A truly stunning example of the classic Omega Genève, dating to circa 1975 and presented in exceptional vintage condition. This particular watch is distinguished by its beautiful charcoal grey sunburst dial, a wonderfully elegant finish that changes subtly in appearance as the light catches its surface, revealing rich tones ranging from deep graphite to soft silver-grey.
The dial is remarkably well preserved, with crisp detailing, beautifully polished applied baton hour markers and the iconic Omega emblem positioned beneath twelve o'clock. The contrasting hands complement the darker dial perfectly, ensuring excellent legibility whilst retaining the understated sophistication for which vintage Omega watches are so highly regarded.
Equally impressive is the stainless steel case, measuring a wonderfully proportioned 35mm excluding the crown. Its clean lines, polished surfaces and elegant profile capture the timeless styling of the 1970s, making this an exceptionally versatile watch equally suited to formal occasions and everyday wear. The overall condition is particularly noteworthy, with the watch displaying a level of preservation that is becoming increasingly difficult to find in examples of this age.
At its heart is Omega's respected 17-jewel Calibre 1030 manual-winding mechanical movement, a traditional Swiss movement that offers the pleasure and character of a classic hand-wound timepiece. A practical date display at three o'clock completes the beautifully balanced design.
To complement its outstanding presentation, the watch is supplied fitted with a brand new, soft and supple leather strap, finished with an Omega-signed stainless steel buckle. An Omega travel case is also included, making this a particularly attractive choice for a special gift or an addition to a discerning collection.
For anyone seeking a vintage Omega in truly exceptional cosmetic condition, this is a particularly fine example. The combination of its captivating grey sunburst dial, beautifully preserved appearance and elegant 35mm proportions makes it a watch that stands apart from more commonly encountered examples. Understated, sophisticated and effortlessly timeless, it perfectly embodies the appeal of vintage Omega watchmaking.
