STONEBRIDGE WATCHES SAYS...

Omega Genève Ref. 14703 18ct Gold Plated
Elegant, understated and unmistakably Omega, this vintage Omega Genève Ref. 14703 represents the refined dress-watch styling that defined the brand during the late 1950s and early 1960s. Housed within a beautifully proportioned 18ct gold-plated case, the watch showcases a striking silver sunburst dial that catches the light beautifully from every angle. Applied gilt Omega branding, faceted baton hour markers and slender dauphine hands combine to create a clean, sophisticated aesthetic that remains every bit as appealing today as when it first left the factory. The framed date aperture at 3 oclock adds practical everyday functionality without disturbing the dials elegant symmetry.
The reference 14703 is one of Omegas early Genève models, a collection that would go on to become one of the brands most celebrated lines. Examples of this reference were produced around the turn of the 1960s and commonly housed Omegas highly regarded automatic movements, renowned for their reliability, durability and smooth operation. The slim case profile sits comfortably on the wrist and slips effortlessly beneath a shirt cuff, making it an ideal choice for both formal occasions and everyday wear. Reference 14703 examples are typically found in the 3435mm range and feature Omegas respected Calibre 562 automatic movement.
Presented in excellent vintage condition, this example retains a wonderfully clean silver dial with crisp applied furniture and a warm gold-plated case that complements the period styling perfectly. The watch is fitted to a new brown leather strap which pairs beautifully with the gold case and is finished with a gold-tone Omega signed buckle, completing the classic appearance. Supplied with an Omega travel case, it offers a superb opportunity to acquire a genuine vintage Omega that combines timeless design, everyday practicality and enduring collectability.
At Stonebridge Watches, we carefully select vintage timepieces that offer both authenticity and lasting appeal. Every watch is individually inspected and accurately represented, allowing collectors and enthusiasts to buy with confidence. This Omega Genève Ref. 14703 is a wonderful example of classic mid-century Swiss watchmakingelegant, versatile and full of character. Complete with its Omega travel case, new leather strap and Omega signed buckle, it is ready to be enjoyed and appreciated for many years to come..
